What this website collects
Nothing. There are no contact forms, accounts, comment features or newsletter sign-ups on this site, so nothing you type is sent to us or to anyone else through it. The only way to contact us is by the phone number or email address shown once they are published on the contact page.
What we do with the details you give us
When you call or email, we use what you tell us (your name, how to reach you, your address and what the job is) only to reply, to quote, and if you go ahead, to do the work and invoice it. Those details are kept as ordinary business records for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any work that follows, and are not sold or passed to anyone else except where a job requires it, such as an Electrical Safety Authority notification that names the property.
What the site does not do
This site does not set advertising cookies, run analytics tracking or embed social media plug-ins. It loads two typefaces from Google Fonts, which involves a request from your browser to Google's servers; Google's handling of that request is described in its own privacy policy. The site is hosted on a standard web host, which keeps ordinary server logs.

If you want details you gave us deleted, or want to know what we hold about you, contact us using the details on the contact page and we will do it.
